Benvenuti nella nostra casa vacanza. Per garantire un soggiorno piacevole, vi preghiamo di seguire attentamente le seguenti istruzioni:
Check-in:
- Le chiavi saranno disponibili in una Key box situata alla sinistra del portone principale, attaccata al balcone.
- Il check-in deve avvenire dopo le ore 16:00.
- La combinazione per sbloccare la key box è costituita dalle ultime 4 cifre del vostro numero di telefono.
- Troverete due chiavi: una per il portone principale e una per il garage.
- Utilizzate la tessera posizionandola sul cilindro elettronico della porta e attendete che la luce verde si accenda per entrare nell’appartamento.
- Inserite la tessera nel lettore per attivare l’energia elettrica. Solo il frigorifero rimarrà acceso senza la tessera inserita.
Regole generali:
- È vietato fumare all’interno dell’appartamento.
- Non sono ammessi animali domestici.
- Possono accedere all' appartamento solo le persone previste nella prenotazione.
- Eventuali danni dovranno essere risarciti.
- Le finestre e le porte devono essere chiuse correttamente.
- Dalle 14:00 alle 16:30, si prega di evitare rumori eccessivi per rispettare le regole del condominio.
- Più elettrodomestici accesi insieme ai condizionatori potrebbero far scattare il contatore elettrico.

- Nel garage, troverete due biciclette a disposizione gratuitamente e un lucchetto per le bici.
- Troverete prodotti base per la cucina, asciugamani freschi e lenzuola morbide.
Garage:
- Il garage è accessibile tramite le scale interne.
- In caso di smarrimento delle biciclette, la penale sarà di 300 euro a bicicletta.
Check-out:
- Il check-out deve avvenire entro le 09:00 del mattino.
- Lasciate le chiavi sul tavolo insieme alla tassa di soggiorno (1 euro al giorno a persona).
- Ogni ospite lascia un’impronta: noi penseremo alla pulizia finale, ma ti chiediamo di chiudere il tuo soggiorno con un piccolo gesto di cura — piatti lavati, cucina in ordine, frigo svuotato e asciugamani nella doccia — è un gesto semplice che lascia un bel ricordo del tuo passaggio.

Welcome to our holiday home. To ensure a pleasant stay, please carefully follow the following instructions:
Check-in time:
- The keys will be available in a key box located on the left of the main door, attached to the balcony.
- Check-in must be after 16:00.
- The combination to unlock the key box consists of the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- You will find two keys: one for the main door and one for the garage.
- Use the card by placing it on the electronic cylinder of the door and wait for the green light to turn on in order to enter the apartment.
- Insert the card into the reader to turn on electricity. Only the refrigerator will remain on without the card inserted.
General rules:
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Only the persons mentioned in the reservation can enter the apartment.
- Any damage shall be compensated.
- Windows and doors must be properly closed.
- From 14:00 to 16:30, please avoid excessive noise to comply with the rules of the condominium.
- More household appliances and air conditioners could trigger the electricity meter.
Extra comfort:

- In the garage, you will find two bicycles available free of charge and a lock for your bikes.
- You will find basic products for the kitchen, fresh towels and soft sheets.
Garage:
- The garage is accessible via internal stairs.
- In case of lost bikes, the penalty will be 300 euros per bike.
Check-out:
- Check-out must be by 09:00 in the morning.
- Leave the keys on the table together with the tourist tax (1 euro per day per person).
- Each guest leaves a mark: we will take care of the final cleaning, but we ask you to close your living room with a small gesture of care - dishes washed, kitchen in order, emptied fridge and towels in the shower - is a simple gesture that leaves a nice memory of your passage.
